Community Foundation and The Estate Planning Council of Erie. Christopher R.
Hoyt, Esq., Professor of Law at the University of Missouri (Kansas City) School
of Law will speak on “Charitable Estate Planning: Selecting the best assets for
lifetime and testamentary gifts.”</FONT></P>

and educational programs and has been quoted in numerous publications including

Post</I>. Professor Hoyt is the author of <U>The Legal Compendium for Community
Foundations</U>, the most widely used legal reference for community foundations.
He is currently the Co-Chair of the American Bar Association’s Committee on
Lifetime and Testamentary Charitable Gift Planning. In addition, he serves as
legal counsel to The Greater Kansas City Community Foundation. </FONT></P>
